Being the Packer fan I am of course I had to take my talents down to Tampa to see my guys take on the GOAT in the form of Tom Brady. When folks found out I was visiting, the was an immediate suggestion to swing by Ybor City from just about everyone. When there was talk about how ill this place is when it came to cigars there was nothing else I needed to hear. My wife and decided to venture down there and check out the MNF game (Monday Night Football) and I can't front, I was blown away with not only the amount of cigar shops but also the quality.

If you are into cigars or a cigar smoker this place is considered heaven on earth as far as I'm concerned. Just picture a baby New Orleans Bourbon St but instead of all clubs, sprinkle in about 10-15 cigar bars / shops. Tampa is known as "Cigar City" because of it's rich history of hand rolled cigars and near proximity to Cuba. Imagine walking down the street and literally seeing Cubans hand-rolling cigars right in front of you.

Once you've had enough cigars (which is impossible), best believe Ybor city has more to offer. We shot thru a few more bars and found a Hip-Hop bar that was definitely a VIBE. With the DJ showcasing hip-hop classics and strong drinks we definitely felt at home. Add to that the take out vegan menu and I'm hard pressed to find anything I didn't dig about this place other than I don't remember the name lol. As you can tell I definitely enjoyed the visit. Check out some of the pics from the trip below.
